As VP Strategic Business Development and senior facilitator at SIT, Shlomit is very much of an all-rounder in the SIT team. Shlomit combines her technical and engineering background with extensive expertise in marketing and innovation processes. She has led SIT’s work with a diverse range of clients including ABN AMRO, adidas, Bank Hapoalim, Bayer, Heinz, HP, Johnson & Johnson, Pearson, Shell, Siemens and Unilever. She and her team work with clients to build an infrastructure of innovation capabilities as means of improving their companies' business goals. As a facilitator, Shlomit specializes in Creative Problem Solving, New Product Development, and Marketing Communication.

Shlomit heads SIT's expertise in Innovation for Sustainability, developing methods for generating cutting-edge sustainable solutions, and has spoken on the topic in various international conferences. She lectures regularly on MBA and EMBA courses at business schools such as Columbia University, Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Prior to joining SIT, Shlomit worked in high-tech in Tel Aviv and in Silicon Valley, first as a programmer, and then as a usability/UI designer. For one year, she also had a regular spot on popular science in a couple of television talk shows. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Hebrew University, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, and an M.E. Engineering – Product Design degree from Stanford University.
