I am a PhD student of FICNA (physics andcrystallography of nanomaterials) research group of University Rovira IVirgili. I have completed Bachelor and Master studies in Chemistry and secondMaster studies in Electrical engineering. My area of interest is nanostructuredmaterials, electronics and optoelectronics, namely investigations of porous GaNwhite-light LEDs with higher light extraction efficiency. I believe that for methe “Southern Catalonia NobelCampus” as for PhD student will open new opportunitiesin my future investigation. I think that I will experience not only nicecommunication with great researches, but also I will be able to extract ideaswith them and try to use it in my research. That will greatly contribute to myenthusiasm for the future work.
