Research topic: Nutrigenomics. "The effects of the grape seed procyanidins on the enteric signals involved in glucose homeostasis"

I have a Bachelor degree in Biotechnology (2005-09) and a Master degree in Nutrition and Metabolism (2009-10) from the Rovira i Virgili University. In the present, I am a PhD Student in the Nutrigenomics Research Group at the Rovira i Virgili University and my work is focused in the study of the effects of the grape seed procyanidins on the enteric signals involved in glucose homeostasis.

The Southern Catalonia Nobel Campus will be a great opportunity for me to share experiences and interact with six Nobel Prize-winners and young researches like me, and that could provide me new approaches for my research project.
