I graduated the Faculty of Chemistry at Babes-Bolyai University, Romania, in 2002 and I obtained a Master Degree in Biochemistry the following year. In 2003, I started my PhD Thesis at Rovira i Virgili University, where I studied the thermophysical properties of the ammonia-lithium nitrate-water mixture, used for absorption refrigeration applications. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher in a Spin-off of the Rovira i Virgili University , Aplicat S.L., helping other companies to innovate, optimize their processes, enhance their products and obtain new ones, and offering solutions to environmental and industrial problems by catalysis and materials.

The chance to meet Nobel Prize winners, leaders in R&D in chemical companies as well as top scientists is an extraordinary opportunity in both personal and professional aspects. I am looking forward to extend my knowledge and positively contribute to the Nobel Campus.
