Research topic: "The development of new gold catalysts and on mechanistic studies on the oxidative addition of aryl halides to Pd(II) complexes"
After graduating in 2009 at the Institut Químic de Sarrià in 2009, I moved to Frankfurt am Main (Germany) where I did my diploma-thesis at Bayer CropScience. In 2011, I obtained my master’s degree at the Univeritat Rovira i Virgili. I am currently doing my PhD at the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia under the supervision of Prof. Antonio Echavarren. I work on the development of new gold catalysts and on mechanistic studies on the oxidative addition of aryl halides to Pd(II) complexes.
