I have obtained a Diploma of Chemist from the Higher Chemical College of the Russian Academy of Sciences which is a faculty of the D. Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, Moscow. The scientific research and then my Thesis were done in Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences (ZIOC RAS). During my undergraduate education, I was also involved in various international research fellowships, where I have worked as visiting researcher in Group of Prof. R. P. Hsung in USA and Group of Prof. M. A. Pericàs in Spain. Currently, I am a PhD student at the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) in Group of Prof. M. A. Pericàs. Starting from October 2011 I am
attending a “Synthesis and Catalysis” course for Masters provided by Rovira i Virgili
University and ICIQ. My research interests include the asymmetric organocatalysis and its application and bioorganic chemistry. 

I would like to participate in the Southern Catalonia Nobel Campus with the purpose of getting valuable experiences and knowledge to carry out research investigations. I am confident that this opportunity would be highly helpful for me to learn new and important concepts in the area of organic chemistry, assymetric synthesis and bioorganic chemistry.
